Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Posh Paw Shop at poshpawshop.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary by product and destination:

  • Netherlands & EU: usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas or peak shopping seasons may take up to 35 business days.

Certain items may display a “Fast Delivery” badge on the product page, meaning they are expected to arrive within the timeframe shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Free EU shipping applies to selected products (clearly marked on the product page). Other items display shipping costs at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Please note:

  • Tracking details may take 3–7 days to appear after dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
  • Orders with multiple items may be split into separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within 35 days of shipment, you may request a full refund.
  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will refund or reship your order.
  • If a parcel arrives after a refund is issued, you may keep it at no cost.

Customs & Taxes

All prices on our website include VAT where applicable. While most EU orders arrive without additional charges, if customs duties or import VAT are applied at the border, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Orders that fail to arrive due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment.
